The group reenters Mullois territory as they head East to Ordeville. On their way they pick up Sedgewick, a timid and paranoid man who claims to be an Inktongue, a possessor of amazing but uncontrollable power. They enter the The Blessed City, the Mullois capitol, and are instantly met with the young Andrew Mullois, heir to the city, executing a dissenter.

The group is hired to defend a business against the Anti-Gilders, a group dedicated to overthrowing the Gild monetary system. They seek out the Anti-Gilder hideout and have a harrowing battle, nearly killed by the technology of “guns” their enemies posses. The group scrapes by only when Sedgewick unleashed his power and destroys the Anti-Gilder headquarters with a word, but at serious physical harm to himself.

So last session, our group was tasked with infiltrating a fancy ball. Of course this means they’ll need dates, and you get to decide who goes with who!

Using Asta’s sexy magic, she can genderswap two members of the party… but who should they be, and who should she go with? Richard the idiot? Frey, the Fey disguised as Danny DeVito? Lyech the fox? Micky the shifty guy? Sedgewick her cousin?

And who should be gender swapped? Top 2 with most votes are made female and paired with the losers!

The campaign is entirely homebrewed. Partly because it takes place in a slightly altered world of a bad book I am writing. The other part is because I have not read about any other campaigns.

Our third session started in the Celessian camp the party had been staying at. They were provided with an updated map, indicating locations of Mullois armies as well as the last known location of the stone sword required for the puzzle in the ruins. It is revealed that Asta is under a Fey curse of unknown effect. The party leaves in search of the sword. They arrive at a small cabin where a large man with the sword and a samurai are staying. Lyech attacks the samurai, trying to settle an old score, but is easily beaten. The group has a difficult battle with the giant man, but he is defeated and the sword taken.

When passing through the town to the ruins, the party stumbles upon an attack by Mullois soldiers. After fending them off, the group sends the survivors towards the Celessian camp. The party makes it to the ruins and solves the puzzle. After a brief trap filled dungeon, Frey opens and ancient door and unleashes the man imprisoned there “the mad king.” He grants Asta and Lyech power, while temporarily killing then resurrecting the rest. The party decides to head to the far off city of Ordeville, where someone can help with Asta’s curse. They easily break through Absolan’s army and begin their trek.
